What you can do!

1. Lobby the Australian Federal Government by petitioning Mr. Smith directly and demand justice for Harry Nicolaides

You can email:
Stephen Smith
and/or write to the Prime Minister:
The Hon Kevin Rudd MP

Prime Minister

Parliament House

CANBERRA ACT 2600

2. Sign the petition

By acting now our goal is to join 100,000 people so we can send a strong and clear message to Mr. Smith and the Australian Government along with every media outlet in Australia that we intend to create enough attention on this issue to force the Australian Government to act now and Bring Harry Home

3. Forward this on

Even if you think it won’t make a difference – it will - because we have to do something…Harry Nicolaides as this could be me or you, or our brother or our friend… please help

4. Provide a donation to assist Harry Nicolaides, including Thai legal and prison food supplement costs incurred by his family.

Mark Dean SC, Harry's Australian lawyer, has worked on the case pro bono and donations for legal fees are for Harry's Thai lawyers only. Donations of any amount are welcome and can only be deposited in the Australian bank account and the details are listed above.

A running tally will be posted on this website and we are aiming for $50,000. It is planned that all receipts exceeding this target will be donated to a suitable charity(s), such as Amnesty International. The details will be advised at a later date. This fundraising effort has been registered in accordance with the Fundraising Appeals Act 1998.
